Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges on eligible products within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

No Return & Refund
Veronika does not accept returns or provide refunds for delivered orders. Only eligible exchange requests will be considered as per this policy.
